SIHTM opens Centennial Café Food Kiosk

After two years of hiatus, the Centennial Café officially returned in a food kiosk set up during its launching last October 26, 2022.

Since then, the kiosk has been operating every semester catering to the daily dose of coffee and pastry pleasures of the UB community. The project was initiated to provide a hands-on learning experience to SIHTM students.

Towards the achievement of inclusive education, SIHTM continues to provide equal access to learning. Abel Villamar, a deaf Associate of Arts in Culinary and Catering Operations (AACACO) student, finished his practicum through the Centennial Café kiosk serving as a barista.
