The seminar commenced with an impactful opening address by Ms. Novilene Ferrer, the Vice Governor of the BSTM, setting the stage for an enlightening journey ahead. Subsequently, the Director of the Center for Counseling and Student Development, Ms. Leny O. Estacio, captivated the audience with her engaging talk on leadership, emphasizing the crucial elements of Leadership, Environment, Adaptability, and Difference (L.E.A.D.), as well as the significance of VUCADD, representing Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity, Diversity, and Dynamics.
Additionally, Mr. Vittorio Jericho Cawis, an accomplished alumnus and public consultant, delivered an insightful presentation on different types of leadership, engaging the student leaders in a thought-provoking dialogue and encouraging them to adapt their leadership styles based on the situational context. The seminar reached its pinnacle with Ms. Kresdale Pacalso, the Program Chair of BSHM, delivering a powerful presentation titled "Empowerment Through Self-Imaging."
